Kristin strives to make people happy with a good experience.

Kristin Zibell is a digital experience leader who strives to create experiences that make people happy and successful. She has over 14 years experience in all facets of user experience that started with her first job as “webmaster” when the Web was two years old. Her portfolio of work includes Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. Kristin’s favorite projects are ones where she can fully dig in to understand the user, market, and business, construct excellent strategy as a vision for an ideal user experience, and lead a team to tangible, real-world results. The well known brands she's worked at or on are: Google, CA Technologies, IBM, Dell,  American Express, Informatica, EMC/VMWare, FoxSports, Nestle, MillerCoors, Kraft (now Mondelez), and GE Medical Systems.

In addition to UX, Kristin has several years experience in brand management and marketing, creating marketing strategy and leading cross-functional teams to launch campaigns and products, while managing day-to-day operations.

With these two tracks of knowledge, Kristin can see across the entire journey and create a strategy that leads to user and business success across all touch points. Her belief is that no matter what you call them – clients, customers, leads, prospects, tickets, or users – people are people. She believes businesses can either help them or harm them in their experience. Her career is focused on helping.
